It was billed as the first of three stand-out ILN ‘special’ sessions and our evening with arguably the most influential person in HR in the UK today didn’t disappoint. Provocative, progressive and fast-paced, this was the world according to David Fairhurst.
For HR professionals old and new it proved a pivotal point in a year with momentum and promise, set against a backdrop of uncertainty and change.
With a renewed emphasis on the people agenda across businesses up and down the country, and HR finding itself at a pivotal crossroads, 2010 became a dining moment and ‘perfect storm’ for a new kind of HR leader to emerge.
