Many would say the new management buzzword is ‘Engagement’ and tend to decry it as yet another HR fad.
This could not be further from the truth; in an era of uncertainty our people are desperate to be part of something special or just to be given a feeling of belonging. They have no choice but to have to learn to live with ambiguity however, progressive leadership through employee engagement can remove the growing doubts and anxiety.
