She combines exceptional technical skills and experience with intuition and judgement to deliver success in executive appointments, CEO and Board succession planning.

Pavita is a passionate advocate for the promotion of women, colour and difference in the boardroom. She is a Steering Committee Member of the 30 Percent Club, where she leads the pipeline initiative across the FTSE100 and is the founder of the campaigning group Colour in Boards.
